Orders placed before 2 p.m. are dispatched from France on the same day; otherwise, they are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

The difference between the three Starter Packs is the quantity of gems they contain. The Bossy Pack includes all the accessories needed to apply dental gems, but does not contain any gems.

In addition to everything included in the Bossy Pack, the Gems Addict Pack contains a collection of Crystal and Crystal AB gems in every size, plus one pack of gems in the shape of your choice.

All our training courses are 100% online. They include detailed written materials and explanatory videos, available with no time limit. Once you have purchased a course, the entire content is yours for life. You can learn independently at your own pace.

There is no imposed duration: some customers complete the course in one day, while others prefer to progress over several weeks. It depends entirely on your schedule and the time you wish to devote to it. The course is designed to guide you step by step and teach you the best techniques in a progressive, structured way.

This depends on the technique used and the size of the design, but on average our ESSENTIAL TOOTH GEMS KIT can be used for around fifteen applications before you need to purchase more composite and etching gel. The primer is sufficient for around thirty applications.

Our Starter Packs can be used for around ten applications before you need more etching gel. Unlike the ESSENTIAL TOOTH GEMS KIT, the etching gel in our Starter Packs is sold as a single unit rather than in packs of two.

Classic round tooth gems are generally sold in packs of 60 or 50.

Shaped tooth gems are available in packs of 10 or 5, depending on the design.

Opal and 18K gold dental jewellery is sold individually.

A dental gem can last from 3 weeks to 6 months, depending on several factors:
• The application technique used
• The natural acidity of the saliva
• Consumption of hard foods and acidic drinks
• Following the aftercare instructions

Sometimes the crystal part can separate from its base, but this is not caused by the quality of our products. We inspect our products before dispatch to ensure they are compliant.

A gem may separate for several reasons: brushing too vigorously, consuming food that is too hot or cold, eating hard foods such as apples or bread, or not following the application technique correctly. The larger the gem, the greater the risk. Every professional in the industry can encounter this issue.
