Shipment tracking – Customer vigilance
After shipment, a tracking link is provided to the customer (by e-mail and/or via their account). The customer undertakes to check this tracking regularly in order to review any information provided by the carrier (delivery attempt, availability at a parcel shop, request for additional information, etc.) and to act within the time limits indicated by the carrier (in particular when the parcel is made available at a parcel shop).
Parcel not collected / refused / incorrect address (return to sender)
If a parcel is returned to us due to: (i) an incomplete/incorrect address, (ii) failure to collect from a parcel shop, (iii) refusal of delivery, or (iv) an inability to deliver related to the recipient, the customer may, depending on the circumstances, request:
The transport costs actually incurred (initial shipment and, where applicable, return) may be deducted from the refund, including where such costs exceed the shipping charges invoiced to the customer.
Standard delivery is free for all orders over €150, valid only for zones 1 to 5.
Parcel shop delivery is free for all orders over €150, valid only for zones 1 to 3.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Once the order has been confirmed and forwarded to our logistics team, any modification (address, products, quantities) must be requested within 30 minutes after payment and cannot be guaranteed.
Parcel shop delivery : For parcel shop delivery, the customer must select the desired parcel shop at the time of placing the order. Failing this, and in order to avoid delaying the processing of the order, we reserve the right to automatically select, from the available parcel shops, the one located closest to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Important: The lead times indicated for these destinations are provided for information purposes only and may, in certain cases, be extended due to local customs procedures (inspections, processing, customs clearance), beyond our control.
For orders shipped outside the European Union and/or the Schengen Area, customs duties or local taxes may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. These charges remain payable by the customer, are neither included in the price of the products nor in the shipping costs, and are not refundable by the seller.
Any order blocked or not delivered due to refusal or non-payment of customs duties shall not be eligible for a refund.
