Transport tracking – Customer vigilance
After shipment, a tracking link is sent to the customer by email and/or through the customer account. The customer agrees to regularly check this tracking information in order to be aware of any carrier updates, such as delivery attempts, parcel availability at a pickup point, request for additional information, etc., and to act within the time limits indicated by the carrier, especially when the parcel is available at a pickup point.
Uncollected / refused parcel / incorrect address (return to sender)
If a parcel is returned to us due to: (i) an incomplete or incorrect address, (ii) non-collection from a pickup point, (iii) refusal of delivery, or (iv) impossibility of delivery linked to the recipient, the customer may, depending on the case, request:
The actual transport costs incurred (initial shipment and, where applicable, return costs) may be deducted from the refund, including when these costs are higher than the shipping costs charged to the customer.
Standard shipping is free for orders over €150, valid only for zones 1 to 5.
Pickup point delivery is free for orders over €150, valid only for zones 1 to 3.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.

Once the order has been confirmed and sent to our logistics team, any modification (address, products, quantities) must be requested within 30 minutes after payment and cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup point shipment: For pickup point delivery, the customer must select the desired pickup point when placing the order. Otherwise, and in order not to delay processing, we reserve the right to automatically select, among the available pickup points, the one located closest to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Important: Delivery times indicated for these destinations are provided for information only and may, in some cases, be extended due to local customs procedures (checks, processing, customs clearance), independently of our will.
Information relating to orders outside the European Union and/or the Schengen area
For orders shipped outside the European Union and/or the Schengen area, delivery is made under the DAP Incoterm. Customs duties, local taxes, fees, formalities, authorizations, licenses or import documents may be required by the authorities of the destination country.
These elements are the sole responsibility of the customer/importer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. They are not refunded by the seller.
Any order blocked, refused, returned or not delivered due to refusal, non-payment of import fees, an uncompleted formality or an authorization, license or import document not provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
