VIP levels

Gold VIP

The Gold VIP level is accessible after more than €2,000 in cumulative purchases with at least 3 orders, or automatically after purchasing a Tooth Gems World training course.

• 10% discount on future purchases.
• Access to selected exclusive benefits reserved for Gold VIP members.
• Access to certain new releases or early offers depending on the period.
• Access to the private training space to ask questions and keep improving.

Silver VIP

The Silver VIP level is accessible between €700 and €2,000 in cumulative purchases, with at least 3 orders.

• 7% discount on future purchases.
• Access to selected offers reserved for Silver VIP members.

Bronze VIP

The Bronze VIP level is accessible between €350 and less than €700 in cumulative purchases, with at least 3 orders.

• 4% discount on future purchases.
• Access to the VIP program and selected loyalty benefits.

How to keep your VIP status

To keep an active VIP status, it is necessary to remain active on the store, in particular by placing at least one order every 120 days.

In the event of prolonged inactivity, the level may be automatically adjusted according to recent account activity.
