Any browsing, registration, account creation, publication of content (e.g., reviews) and/or use of a service offered on the Site implies acceptance of these TOU.
Language – Prevailing version
These TOU are drafted in French. In the event of a translation, only the French version shall prevail in case of any contradiction, translation error, or difference in interpretation.
PRO / DIY distinction

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, Tooth Gems World acts as the Site publisher and as a seller/distributor.
Products may be manufactured by third-party manufacturers. The customer/user undertakes to comply with the manufacturers’ instructions,
guidelines, recommendations and IFU (Instructions For Use) where applicable.
The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Access costs (hardware, connection, etc.) are borne by the user.
