Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control. No delivery date is guaranteed, and no refund of shipping costs is possible for delayed delivery.

We will ship all orders placed before 2 PM on the same business day; otherwise, we will ship the order the following business day. However, in exceptional circumstances, shipping times may occasionally be longer.

Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (excluding public holidays)

Upon receipt of payment, orders are automatically forwarded to our logistics team and can be processed immediately. Therefore, any request for changes (address, products, quantities, etc.) must be submitted within 30 minutes of payment and cannot be guaranteed.

Any modification request made after 6:00 PM will be automatically refused, as order preparation may continue outside the opening hours of our key services.

If the chosen delivery method is delivery to a collection point, the customer must collect their order within the allotted time, depending on the chosen collection point, and it is their responsibility to track their delivery.

If the customer is unable to collect the package within the allotted time or if the address provided is incorrect, the customer must contact Tooth Gems World (TGW) to follow the collection procedure below:

  • No refund will be issued if the package is lost during its return by the carrier.
  • If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to pay for delivery again and an additional €5 to collect the order.
    • We store returned packages at our facility for 30 days. After this period, no further action can be taken.
    • If the package is lost during its return, Tooth Gems World will not be able to resend it, and the customer will have to place a new order at their own expense.

Finally, if no Pickup point was selected during your order, Tooth Gems World will automatically select the Pickup point closest to the delivery address provided during the order.

For orders placed outside the Schengen Area and/or the European Union:
Please note that customs fees may apply upon receipt of your order in certain countries. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and depend on the regulations in force in each country.

While not always the case, these potential additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of our products or in the delivery charges. We are unable to predict the exact amount of these charges, as they vary from country to country.

Therefore, to avoid being surprised upon receipt of your package, we advise you to consult the local customs authorities in order to best estimate any potential costs.
