Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control, no delivery time is guaranteed and no refund of shipping costs for late delivery is possible.
We will dispatch all orders on the same business day if placed before 2pm, otherwise we will dispatch the order on the following business day. However, for exceptional reasons, the dispatch time may sometimes be extended.

If the chosen delivery method is a relay point delivery, the customer must collect their order within the time limits, depending on the relay point chosen and it is their responsibility to track their delivery.
In the event that the customer is unable to collect the package within the allotted time or the address that the customer has provided is incorrect, then the customer will need to contact us, TGW, to follow the procedure for collecting their package described below:
